Hong Kong and France. Calls work in the European morning and the Asian afternoon, and I can travel for a kick-off when the scope justifies it.
The question. What you would do differently if you knew the answer. "Can we raise prices without losing volume?", "Which promotions are worth running?", "Why did margin drop?", "Can we trust the budget?" are all good starting points.
The data, roughly. How many products, how many stores or channels, how far back the history goes, and whether unit costs exist anywhere in the system.
The timing. When the decision has to be made. Pricing work is worth most before a range review or a season, not after it.
Twenty to thirty minutes on your question and your data. No preparation, no slides. You will know by the end whether this fits.
You send one export, product by store by week or day, with units and revenue. I check whether it can support the decision you want and send you a written verdict. Some files do not carry enough price movement to answer anything, and it is better to find that out here.
If the data cannot support the study, it stops here, in writing, with what would be needed to make it possible. Nothing is billed. If it can, we agree one scope, one fee and one timetable before anything starts.
The measurement, the checks designed to break it, and the product-by-product decisions that come out. Fixed scope, so no surprises on the invoice. A study that clears nothing still tells you what to stop: the published promotion study found two in three promotions were losing money, which is worth as much as a yes.
The meeting deck, the long-form report, and the numbers workbook built on your own rows. Plus the data and code behind every figure, and, where it applies, a script your team can rerun next quarter without me.
One export is enough. No system access, no integration, no IT project. Files go through a private workspace under a signed data processing agreement, are used only for your engagement, and are deleted at the end of it on request.
Studies are contracted through SQU Solutions, Hong Kong, under a signed engagement letter. Fee agreed up front, per engagement, in writing. Work in English or French, for companies in France, Hong Kong and the region.
Every demonstration is published in full, with the method, the limits and the deck to download. Reading one is the quickest way to see what you would get.
